Jet Lag

Jet lag can be a curse for citizen who need to tour extensively for their work because sleep patterns become disturbed and company meetings or training sessions become a real test of endurance.

In this instance, say departure from London is 11:00am and the flight is eleven hours long, coming in Los Angeles will be 2:00pm, whereas ones body clock will think it's 10 o'clock at night and time for bed.
